NOTICE TO PROCEED
The relevant Contract having been approved and executed, notice is hereby given to the Joint Venture of American Wire and Cable Co., Inc. and Interlink Power Corporation That performance on PB-ITB-R5-3-2025 for the Supply and Delivery of the 2026-2027 RPH Conductor Requirements of the Member Electric Cooperatives of Region Five shall commence as of the effectivity period stated on the Contract.
