NOTICE TO PROCEED
The relevant Contract having been approved and executed, notice is hereby given to First Philec, Inc. That performance on PB-ITB-R5-1-2025 for the Consignment, Supply and Delivery of the 2026-2027 RPH Distribution Transformer Requirements of the Member Electric Cooperatives of Region Five shall commence as of the effectivity period stated on the Contract.
